Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery and accept exchanges after 7 days of delivery under these conditions:

  • Jewelry must be returned in its original state and cannot be worn, altered, damaged, or tangled
  • Jewelry must be returned within time frames and postmarked for a refund or for an exchange
  • All Tags MUST be unbroken and still be attached to jewelry
  • Proof of purchase and/or a copy of the receipt must be included with the returned item

No refunds or exchanges after 30 days.

When we receive the item(s), we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its original condition to determine eligibility for refund or exchange within the time frames stated. We will process eligible returns as quickly as possible and you will receive an email to notify you when the return has been processed. Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed and your card to be refunded the full amount.

If your item arrives and it does not meet the criteria above, we will be unable to refund or issue an exchange and your order will be shipped back to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees for refunds are the responsibility of the customer. For those who want to exchange, contact us and a shipping authorization will be issued.

We don’t accept cancellations once orders have been confirmed. Orders not paid within 24 hours will be canceled. If you have any problems with ordering, please contact us

Guidelines for Shipping Items Back

When returning, please do NOT write "jewelry" or any indication of that on the outside of the package. We suggest that items be returned in protective packaging and be insured. We are not responsible if your item is lost in the mail.

WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?

If there is a problem regarding a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work on clarification of the issues and authorization for return shipping.

Custom order items are not returnable or refundable.
